What are Your Rates and How Do I Pay?

Our standard rates are listed above. Your rate will depend on a few things:
1. Number of dogs.
2. Size of your yard.
3. Frequency of service.

Billing occurs on the first of each month before services are provided. Partial months will be prorated.

What About Poop Haul-Away and Mowing Services?

Standard service includes securely bagging your waste and depositing it in your trash receptacle (if available). We will haul the waste away if you chose for a $3.50 disposal fee (per cleaning). We will also mow your lawn after clean up for a $40 fee (per mow). Mow prices do not include weed whipping, bagging, edging, etc. and apply to standard 1/8 acre lawn. Larger lawns will be an additional charge.

What if My Dog is in The Yard When You Arrive?

No problem! We love dogs and its the reason many of our staff work at Metro Scoop. However, there are times when dogs become aggressive or territorial and will not allow us to enter the yard safely. In those situations we may ask you to restrain your dog to a safe area before we can clean.

What Are My Responsibilities as a Customer?

– Make sure your yard is easily accessible to our technicians. Gates should be free of ice/snow and debris when we arrive.
– Lawns should be cut and leaves/debris removed as much as possible. We can only scoop what we can see.
– Aggressive dogs should be left indoors on service days, or restrained when we arrive.

Yes! 100% satisfaction is guaranteed. If there is anything you are not satisfied with we will come back out to make it right. Guaranteed.

What Time Will You Be At My House?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer arrival time windows. We operate like the garbage men and provide a service day. Exact arrival time can depend on many factors. You will get a text before we come and when we leave. Our routes run from 7 AM until dark.

Do You Offer Free Services?

Yes! We offer a week of free cleaning if you let us post a small (2X2) yard sign in your yard for 1 week. We also offer free services for referrals. We are a young business and this helps us get the word out.

How do You Keep my Dog Safe?

We take pet safety very seriously. We disinfect our shoes and equipment with kennel-strength disinfectant after each cleaning to prevent the spread of contagious germs and diseases to your pets

Do You Ever Miss a Cleaning? What Happens if You Do?

We take pride in our consistent service. Even so, some things could cause us to miss a cleaning on your service day such as:
– Unsafe weather like extreme heat or extreme cold, heavy rain/lightening, or heavy snow.
– Unable to access the yard due to locked gate or unsafe dog.
– Yard in poor/unsafe condition typically after a heavy rainfall or snowfall. We don’t want to tear up your yard!
– Technician availability (very rare).

We do not offer refunds for missed cleanings. This is because there is just as much waste and time still needed to clean the yard and we will pull double duty at the following cleaning.
